Cannot Delete Mail Forwarders in cPanel

When trying to delete a mail forwarder in cPanel, you may run into an error like the following:

unable to locate the forwarder

This may be caused by a known bug with older cPanel themes. To correct this issue, use WHM to change the cPanel account theme to Paper Lantern and hit save.
