(This was my first reboot since the 5.4 update.) It also means that other folks may encounter this problem if they started with the same CentOS5 image I did. Was there already a MAC in there that was wrong or did you have to add your MAC? We dont have a FAQ, it's normally as simple as logging into the VPS manager, clicking on your profile, and selecting the new kernel. If you use the kernel labeled 'latest 2.6 linux' then really all you need to do is log into the manager and click reboot. Open a ticket if you have any other issues or see any problems and we'll check them out for you. Robert, It’s weird you had to do that.
